R10 million. It is always mind boggling how far the rand can go in Joburg/ Gauteng vs the Western Cape. You can just never but never in the Western Cape get this for R10 million. It would at least go for R20 million. For R10 million you will surely get something very old that clearly needs an entire overhaul or something that's a cookie cutter house. Copy ans paste and lower quality finished. Wow. 👏

Ver fair question. This is one of my earliest video tours - I initially started doing these video tours LIVE on Instagram. Going live on IG wasn't always a guarantee of decent connection / quality, hence me shifting focus to RUclips tours instead. Starting off on an IG live is somewhat delayed... I'd say "good afternoon" once I hit that live button, have zero ppl online, doubting whether this thing is on (LOL), then 30 seconds later, I'd have 50 ppl in the chat, at which time I said "good afternoon" again and another 30 seconds later, I'd have 200+ ppl in the live chat, so I'd say "good afternoon" again. Listening/watching the video after the live, you'd just hear me say GA GA GA... Obviously, I wouldn't say the "good afternoon" as fast as I did on the video here, but my followers starting to look forward to the GA GA GA and that became a thing, which I initially started using on RUclips, but confused lotsa ppl, so I stopped doing it. Just an IG LIVE thing now 😎

Would really benefit you to invest in better camera hardware,these lowlight videos are really poor quality and makes no sense to be showing off such expensive homes in below par quality videos The videos do not do these home's justice

My personal passion for these can only take me so far before limitations (ie materials, editing, audio etc) stop me from growing these videos/channel to the next level of quality.
