Grew up in bedfordview. With the gang leaders living there not really a great neighbourhood but it has lovely houses and I hope they can get rid of the crime syndicates there because they bring the value of the area down

The outside of the home is stunning... I love the garden, pool and firepit. The bedrooms are wonderfully placed and spacious. The entertainment or living area is cluttered with the tinted balustrades, I confused by the flow of the room... But beautiful home overall 💕🙌🏼

Xavier! You thriving to outsmart yourself each time.Though I would like you to fix your camera sequence;it must configure with the narator. The house is beautiful;for me it does cut the edge.It does not have natural feeling inside.It is too glassy for me.

Based on the agent’s description of the property, I’m assuming it’s not. Otherwise, that’s definitely something worth mentioning.
Having said that, oftentimes buyers and sellers do agree on pieces of the furniture on the side.

I'd much rather nix the music for hearing the wind blowing and know what ambient noise to expect. Staircase is amazing.

Afraid you’ll have to check with my colleague. In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture.

Men this house in lagos is nothing less than $5m, how do yall get so good finishes with cheaper prices
It’s the land that’s expensive in Lagos, before you even start building you’ve already spent massively on acquiring land.
The land looks like 1000 - 1200m², and in Bedfordview where the property is, that could cost about $100-150k. It’s a historically Jewish community, and quiet unreasonably expensive.

Those are definitely issues in this country, but it’ll all depend where you live. I can only speak for suburban Johannesburg, so I can’t speak from personal experience elsewhere in SA. I know of incidences here & there, but I’m always very vigilant. Knock on wood - never had an incident (other than one petty phone theft last year while ordering pizza).
Being originally from Belgium and having lived in USA for 7 years, I moved here 11 years ago and haven’t looked back! I love it here - SA is such an amazing country with lovely people🥰
