Another impressive video worthy of airing on the National Geographic channel! Thank you for your kind and sympathetic heart! As a resident of Russia, where winter lasts 4 full months a year, I understand what roadside assistance is during severe frosts!
Alaska overland adventure and Dalton road rescue, parking lot tire changes not included, lol. What an epic trip Kevin i think your buddy had this trip rigged. Thanks for Sharing...
Just bought a 2024 tundra crew max 4x4 and I’m loving it so far coming from a f-350 I’m very impressed with this tundra lots of torque in the bottom end and getting 21-22 mpgs , it’s built like 3/4 ton truck ! Nice work keep them coming 👍🏻
I run Nokian Hakkapeliitta 10 Studded Tires on a Lifted 2023 Subaru BRZ Manual during Wyoming winters. Best winter tires I've ever used! Have many videos on my channel showing the capabilities of these impressive Nordic ice & snow tires.
I keep a pair of handheld CB radios with me to keep the grandkids from using the GMRS handhelds. Good to know they will come in handy when I do the Dalton Highway again. While many tasks are easy in ideal conditions, they are an ordeal when done in extreme weather. Nice to bank those Karma Cards. Thanks for sharing.
This videos shows there is still good people in this world. LOL. Your adventures have always been for the beautiful great outdoors this world has to offer. Thank you for that. If I may have some considerations using a mechanical advantage for your winch if possible 2:1 or great when handling a heavier load. Maybe slower but easier on your winch. Keep up the great adventures. Be safe .
This is a nice test for the twin turbo V6 engine which all the haters say is a poor design. I don't agree with them and your trip verifies it. Beautiful pictures, but I can't deal with single digit and below cold.
It confirmed. Not that I didn't like it but because it's was just so much more expensive. Not to mention the unproven engines... Might have dodged some headache there
Interesting, I notice most of the cars in that region are Japanese.. I guess you just can't afford to risk unreliable junk in the Alaskan winter, right?
@@gwot Yeah lol... I live in Belgium my friend. Hardly no need for a giant truck like that here. Looking to buy a c63 break now. If I ever lived over there.... SURE!
2021 and earlier tundra. 2023 and earlier Tacoma. 2024 and earlier 4Runner. All models after that are price-gouging unreliable junk, due to corporate greed and woke cLiMaTe ChAnGe horse s**t
Dang, you guys were basically Dalton Roadside Assistance on this one. Solid work, and stunning footage!

Thanks again!
Alaska, just wow. Just so beautiful even in all that snow and frigid temperatures. Probably the most beautiful place on earth .
Its that one place where I'd like to move before death and forever fade into the alaskan wilderness 😄
Loved this series. Thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome Adventure an Go Tundra

🤣🤣 It certainly felt scripted for a Discovery channel series

What a great adventure!! 👍😊 thanks so much for sharing!!
After seeing this, I really have to get there... one day soon! Thanks for sharing and inspiring adventures! Where next?!
Great choice for adult beverage and my favorite, AE bourbon! Great video series as we have come to expect from Kevin…
About the smoothest one out there 👍
A new company has been formed. The Alaska Lifestyle Overland Recovery service presented by Toyota and Alucab. 🤣
The hotsprings was the icing on the cake
You guys are awesome. 👏
The good karma y'all keep racking up is awesome. More stories to tell the girls about this awesome trip.
Such a fun trip 👍
Not the coffee grinder?! So so tragic 😅... I miss the crunching snow sound from the tires.

Can't believe you guys moved that semi tanker out of a snow ditch, 7k lb rig moving at least 60k lb rig, with a twin turbo v6 lol that's impressive.
Toyota and Lexus will replace roughly 100,000 engines in Tundra trucks and LX SUVs built for the 2022 and 2023 model years.
I think the tanker was empty
@@Jim-s6i3b ok and? so? the engine still provided power didn't it?
@@Jim-s6i3bbetter than gm been failing lifters since 07. Your point? Ahh Toyota owns their mistakes, gotcha.
It is definitely impressive but it being empty, pulling downhill, and using a dynamic recovery rope helped a lot. I was most impressed with the rope
Went to chena springs years ago an loved it! Now we have a 4runner...🤔
Excellent, no good deed goes unpunished (hope not)
That's cool, I got married at Chena Hot Springs in the winter in 2011, very nice place.
Such a cool place!
Awsome video!! Thats on my bucket list one day!! My 23 Nissan Titan Pro-4x could/has done that with a loaded dump truck!!

Alaska is great
Yota's good Samaritans to the rescue!
Great job putting your gear to work to help that trucker out y’all.
Thanks 👍
How did the truck driver think he was going to get those tanks off 😅?!
So very beautiful
Oh, the joys of cold weather camping that’s why I avoided at all cost.
I bet there are barbers in that area!!
What was the heater you used to stay toasty?
Was this series before or after you picking the gen 2 tundra? Regret not getting gen 3 or did it confirm gen 2 was best choice for you?
It confirmed. Not that I didn't like it but because it's was just so much more expensive. Not to mention the unproven engines... Might have dodged some headache there
You have Spikes in your tires?
Yep!
👍👍😃
Wow, like a recovery video! haahah
A lot of people in the comments that are uneducated about kinetic ropes.

He'll be glad to let you rent it 😜

Toyota and Lexus will replace roughly 100,000 engines in Tundra trucks and LX SUVs built for the 2022 and 2023 model years.
Past models I agree. I have a 3rd gen Tacoma and I'm not impressed
If you are talking the older models (like my ‘17 Tundra & ‘13 LX570), I agree. Newer ones, only time will tell..
