Oh be careful the road is really so slippery in the winter time.
I used to run from Valdez to Prudhoe Bay in the middle 70's during pipeline construction.Several parts of the haul road do not look much different. I was an owner operator and this brings back many wild memories and stories.

@@DrivapeteWhen I was leased to Weaver Brothers running the Alcan, I knew a father and son team that were leased to Weaver; they lived in N. Idaho and I think they drove log trucks also. I can not remember there names.
