    cannot believe how many years he failed so close...always eastern conference finals,and once finals,2000,when blazers got screwed vs lakers in game 7.

    That 4th quarter belonged to Reggie and he got the best of Spike Lee.

    People always talk about this performance but then forget that the Knicks won the next two games and took the series in 7.

      Exactly! The knicks owned the pacers back then.

      @@lovell123456789 Well, the Pacers beat them the next year. It was a back and forth rivalry.

    If this was in 2019, Reggie would have been fined like $25,000 or something stupid for making the choke sign at Spike Lee.

    • @jayzee7538
      @jayzee7538 5 лет назад +4

      If this was 2019 he would've scored 60 pts instead of 39 because even though Reggie was hot the Knicks were right in his grill on every make which made this performance by him all the more real. Today he would've had no resistance on those shots as present era NBA Defense is softer than toilet paper.

    One of the greatest performances against the Knicks ever, and one of the best playoff scoring explosions ever. Reggie was the second greatest clutch shooter of all time, next to only MJ. Miss those days of real defenses from Knicks, the Heat, the Bad Boy Pistons, and others. If he played today Reggie would average 25 ppg and MJ 40ppg.

      Stop overrating Reggie Miller. Just because he's had a few miraculous clutch moments does not mean he is an all time clutch player. Again, this performance was amazing, but that doesn't erase how bad he was in Game 6 and 7, and in 1995 where he had a chance to go to the Finals.
      1994 ECF:
      Game 6: 27 points, 4 assists, 1 rebound, shot 38% from the field and 28% from three, 3 turnovers
      Game 7: 25 points, 2 rebounds, 41% from the field and 2 turnovers
      1995 ECF:
      Game 7: 12 points, 0 assists, 4 rebounds, 38% from the field and 28% from three, turned the ball over
      You should watch this video by Legend of Winning that will explain what I am saying:

      Ewing travels all day long, sometimes he carries the ball from half court without dribbling.

    It was a big moment however, the knicks came back and won the damn series!😂 Reg was easily the embodiment of OVERRATED! He was a great?" open" shooter, limited dribbling skills and absolutely porous on the defensive end. Definitely not a hofer imo. Although he's in😂
