Happy Birthday Akarin!
This was a PR video for “Nagoya Omoshiroad”, a tourist route in Nagoya’s Nishi-ku, or Western Ward. Akari Kito is from Nagoya and has promoted and performed public services for her hometown, though some of that content is gone now.
I originally wasn't going to publish this since I got a notification that Pony Canyon will be notified and collect my video stats which wasn't the type of attention I was looking for. Fortunately, it looks like RUclips is no longer doing that, at least so long as I don't monetize my channel which I don't.

Edit: Since people are asking, I had trouble maintaining the quality when exporting the video. I spent too much time trying to resolve it. I was able to do it using a very inefficient method, which wasn't a problem since this video was the only one I'm going to do 4K. Playback wasn't an issue and my PC didn't get hot or loud at all.
