@@schris3 i mean, she is a pro though. Literally voice overing hundred of characters there since i dont know when until now. Seiyuu doesnt only VAing anime, some big hits also held offline events and it involves their seiyuu. A lot of seiyuu also has their own radio program. So yeah.
the translation is actually wrong though. She's talking about jigoe, which is a singing term. in english, it's called "chest voice", as opposed to head voice/falsetto. It has nothing to do with "real" voice.
