Came down here with @WolverineStateSirens back in september. We thought this would go for only like 30 seconds but it ended up going for the full 3 minutes. The pitch drops a lot during the first minute of the test and then wavers around for the rest of the test. This is located atop the Otsego Fire Department and is tested the first friday at 11.

If you think this is bad, you should hear the one in Charloe, Ohio. Charloe makes this one sound healthy by comparison.

Such a shame. Why "Test" these poor sirens if you aren't going to fix them?? How long are they going to let this thing slowly die? Goodness.
