When I am unwell u make carrot and orange soup- give me a shout if you would like the recipe, it always makes me and my daughter feel better. Thanks for the video, yes quite right, gave a rest from cooking etc if you’re poorly. I follow a lady called Ali lives well on less, she has a video of how to make sour dough bread, you need to prepare the ‘starter’ z for it which you can choose to buy or make.
