What program are you using to key the background? Maybe I can help you get the edges smoothed out.

Need to say neither! Both cities are very expensive to live in and over crowed. Housing prices going up and taxes are out of control. Large corporations are buying as many houses and pieces of available land to keep cost up in real state. Thank you for sharing!

As someone who lives and works in this market any home under 1-million is going to need significant work.
Also on 520 is a toll road and can be very expensive

Missing at labels saying where video shots are being shown for out of state visitors. Too much video on the narrator.

This place is a garbage dump in 2021, homeless people all over the place. Walk down a nature trail and have to look out for needles now.

They're both equally costly especially Redmond due to be home of Microsoft.

If you don't make 300K+, don't even think about getting a SFH in either of these cities.

SFH are whats keeping these pricing so high.

Please don't move to Seattle. It's overcrowded, real estate is insane ($850,000 for an old and ugly 1 bedroom house is the norm) and people are not friendly. Stay away.

Oh, and she says "THE 520 and THE I-90". Locals know you do not say "THE" before naming the freeway.

Haha, I don't even notice I say "The 520." I guess it really bothers some people, maybe I should have my "local" status revoked. :-)

All your money goes for a house, and you live a miserable life, by the time you realise, you find yourself too old to enjoy life anymore, just pay the hospitals to keep you a life....what a miserable life.

Good video. Had to stop listening because you use too many "hum" words. Very annoying. Pause if you need to think instead of using the word "HUM" in every sentence.

Thanks for your comment! Yes, I've observed that I say ummm a lot after the fact, I don't even notice it when I'm talking. Something to work on!
