    As a professional cook and chef all my life it is fun to watch sincere amateurs do a demo. How the presenter holds and directs the blade is telling. Enthusiasm for culinary and cooking every day, especially in a restaurant is the difference between a vocation and a job. Cheers.

      @@CompadreCookingSchool since I can't speak Portuguese, I love to learn and cook our traditional dishes, it's the least I can do to pass down the knowledge to my kids, thanks for passing it to us
