I appreciate that you took time during one of the last forward folds to move the neck/head in yes and no motions. I have arthritis in my neck and this was very helpful for loosening tightness.

Let me tell you. I've been doing your yoga for over a year now. After I had complete right knee replacement. I'm looking at complete left knee replacement come the spring. This has been encouraged by my orthopedist

Good morning Bird, thank you for such an energy boosting yoga practise! Today I feel I had little resistance due to a vast amount of thoughts running through my mind so I felt I couldn't channel in as well as I wanted but nevertheless, the stretches proved well x
