Wow very beautiful shells. Thank you for a wonderful video. Hearing the water and seeing all the shells is very relaxing for me. I know I need it very much. It is hard to pick a favorite. It is just amazing what nature creates. Thank you for your time. The sunset was beautiful. Have a great day.
This was one of my favorite videos. You were informative, but not overly talkative. Some folks think they have to talk incessantly. You gave us time to observe in quiet moments. Really one of your steller videos. My 82yr old mom enjoyed when I shared it with her online.
Lots of awesome shells. The west end is my favorite place to shell. The wentletrap hides too well from me, but I'm determined to find one someday. Thanks for taking me along shelling!
Oh I just love your videos 😃 My heart soars when you find Wenteltraps ....don't know how to spell that lol. They are my absolute favorite, second in line is the hinged jewelbox.
Thank you for this…🥲🥰 I’ve been going to Sanibel/Captiva Islands since 1995. We were planning a trip for the first of May before the Hurricane. We love Blind Pass Condos by Bowman’s Beach. She’s coming back but it changed her forever!! I can’t wait to get back. Much Love, thanks for this! Oh, I miss her. Praying for all. 🐚🌴🥰🙏🏻
So much fun!! I am going to Pensacola next weekend but it is nothing like that :( but still fun. Thank you for this walk. Also I am sorry for your loss. XOXO
Hi Christy! Welcome aboard to the VSN! I used to do a lot of crafting! But now I mostly send out the shells I find in monthly subscription boxes. I also will be selling shells and treasures on our website soon! You can learn more at www.virtualshelling.com 🙂
Oh Laura how I miss these long shelling videos!!! I love this video. So many different shells. Gorgeous florida juvinile conchs! I never get tired of them cause the colors and patterns are so beautiful. And those banded tulips, wow! You know I love the tinies. I could look for tinies all day, I swear. Love it. I am so looking forward to my treasure boxes again. I have missed them so much! Have a great weekend, Hugs!💖💗 I meant to ask, who is Kennedy?
Hi Freda! So glad you're enjoying your shell boxes again! Woot woot! Thanks for your patience! Kennedy was the sweet daughter of one of the VSN members who sadly and tragically passed away. She loved to shell. ♥
Hi Janet! Yes there will be scallops for sale on the website soon! Currently they are only being sent out in the shell boxes, but stay tuned! www.virtualshelling.com
Great video! Very informative. Coming there in April . I’m not sure where we will be able to go shelling by then. Any help with where to get info when we get there as to where we can go ? I have high hopes..
Lots of Noetia ponderosa. The Pliocene/Pleistocene fossil record shows that Florida had a lot of different Noetia species that were closely related to ponderosa, and might even be considered ponderosa. The west coast has Noetia reversa, and the potentially very large Noetia magna which has many ribs. But that is a bit to the south, West Mexico, the magnificent Gulf of California and the Panamic region.
I finally found someone that enjoys this!
YES! Thanks for watching, Nanette! Happy Shelling!
Thank you for letting me go along with you on another great treasure hunt.
My pleasure! Thanks so much for your support!
