The gym closed by the time I got there, I’ve been hearing about calisthenic workouts for a while and been interested in trying it out. I gotta say this workout took it out of me😅. But this all takes toll on abs, they are burning.

Some of these workouts needs correct form like tuck planche. Thats the con, but beside that good video👍
How many times a week should we do this video? Say I do this video Monday, should I do it Tuesday or should I do this workout every other day to give my muscles time to rebuild?
I recommend 3-4 times a week, until the exercises feel relatively easy to do. It would be ideal to supplement it with additional exercises such as push ups and pull ups.

@@rafiframadan2498start with normal pushups and when they get easy and you can do lots of them progress into harder ones like the pike. Calisthenics is for beginners as every person who does calisthenics was once a beginner so don't give up

anyone got any idea how to improve on tuck planche? i have never tried this workout before and when i did this i can barely lift myself off the ground. any idea on how to progressively improve on this? thanks!
trying until failure then getting back up it will progressively get easy if your persistent your supposed to fail at the start

Yeah you can do the supported tuck planche with being on your toes or touching thr ground with 1 foot only 💪🏼

I really like this video. But is this safe for people who have had HNP or mild scoliosis?
I think everybody must decide for him/herself if it's safe, so if an exercises might not be good for you, dont do it or do a variation of it.
