The reason we breathe through the nose is so it keeps the air moist and not too hot/cold. Also the nose filters though debris to prevent it from getting to our lungs.
This happen to me. I was breathing through my mouth my whole childhood. My face didn't develop how it supposed to.i have. I have crooked teeth and receding jaw. Thanks alot. There was nothing I can do because I have lung problems.

I'm a mouth breather because I'm a bad detoxer. I noticed everyone who had asthma as a kid has a collapsed lower face. I wonder of a homeoblock can open up my mouth and throat. My singing teacher said I have issue opening up my throat and now I think It might just be too small compared to others.
Great video. So can this mouth breather face be fixed in adults by mewing (assuming the adult has the room to mew)? Don’t the cranial bones mostly lock up post puberty or can you still slowly restore proper facial structure overtime?
I just finished over 3 years of hard mewing with an overbite and crazy narrow maxilla and mandible, started at 21, im now gonna be 26 in June, and when I tell you I wasted the last 3 years trying to mew my jaw forward… it doesn’t work once your an adult. And I hope he can even do anything to me with my overbite idk how that works. If I were you I would immediately start getting money together for a surgical procedure. you'd still get it.. our face muscles change and grow until we're 25 (i've read on the net) so you can do it.. i'm 23 now, and i've just started mewing :3

@@robertimmanuel577 If the mouth "wasn't designed for breathing" then it would not be incredibly easy for us to breathe through our mouths. Instead, it IS incredibly easy. Eating through the nose, though, is very difficult. I'm not saying that mouth-breathing is healthy (it is very harmful), but I am saying that this "mouth-breathing/nose-eating" analogy sucks.

This was posted right when I just started myofunctional exercises for low resting tongue posture. Nice.

Where was this content 7 years ago?
So two simple ques. Breathe through nose no matter what and when sitting mainly focus on not having nerd neck
Thank you so much bro ❤❤
I just got so fucking jealous of that man’s ability to inhale holy fucking shit idec if that’s unhealthy, that breathing capacity is godlike👀
unhealthy to inhale? :skull:

Can I still do MSE even after having 2 of my upper premolars extracted?

you can expand the alveolar bone but yes sutures are mostly fused at adulthood. mostly soft tissue changes and muscle toning as an adult

Is this face changing thing iq working for all ages?
Okay but I breathe through my nose and it isn’t on the roof of my mouth
not optimal at all but physically possible ofc
I did the same thing for a while. I started mewing 8 months ago and my nasal passages opened up even more like crazy.
Bro I am getting braces ? Should i get also roof expander ? Is good for me or there is anything else
If ur palate is extremely narrow ask ur ortho if it is narrow, then ask for expanders if he said so otherwise don't
What about belt pulling?
Soooo how do I fix it migucka
Interesting
So does that mean that if we correct our neck posture it will unblock the airway?

probably, because the mouth isnt designed for breathing, the same way your nose isn’t designed for eating
