I did a PAE 2022 and 2023 at Frankfurt Uniklinik. Done by Prof Dr. Vogl at Radiology. I could leave again after a couple of hours. Embolisation was really perfect solution. Prostate shrinked from 220gr to 120 gr. I can pee without any problems. I never had issues with ejaculation - after the PAE. Important is - it must be done from an expert. - ask how often he had done the PAE before.
I had PAE done two years ago in England _(NHS)._ It totally failed to have *any* effect but I'm sure that if I had paid for it privately I wouldn't have got my money back!!!

We love to hear that...The problem is that also to times this treatment option is not discussed with the patients...
