@@sanjeevsalve6004 I feel like I’m less anxious, I was brought up with an anxiety ridden mother and I believe that at my age I have great health and I believe TM had a lot to do with it.
Before learning TM, I would come home from work and my jaws were so sore from gripping my teeth I could barely eat After learning TM at about 3 months I noticed I was not gripping my teeth. I didn’t try to quit it just happened. Many more benefits have occurred over the years. Jai guru Dev
