Hi Nastya - Your mom had a lovely stamp collection. I collected some when I was in my youth but the stamp albums were lost after my parents divorced. They used to have some great stamps back in the day. Your visit to the honey booths was interesting. We have markets here too where honey can be purchased. My late husband got over his hay fever allergy by taking a teaspoon of September (goldenrod) honey every day for a year as advised by a Polish priest friend of mine. Thank you for sharing your daily life with us. Cheers! 🍁🍁
you said in another video that you were eating a lot of western packaged food in Prague prior to having extreme health problems. Western packaged food contains a lot of added things that are not allowed in Russia. A couple of decades before you were born, anxiety and panic attacks were diagnosed as the first signs of allergic reactions rather than mental health problems. That's why so many meds for mental health are actually antihistamines. Anyways, ask your doctor about Mexidol/Emoxypine. It's actually a Russian form of Vitamin B6 that many people in the US have found helpful for the symptoms you are experiencing.
I am enjoying going on errands with you around your city. Also, thank you so much for sharing your mother's magnificent stamp collection. It is a beautiful treasure!
I used to think I wanted to move away from my Mom, and so I moved almost 3000 miles from her. Almost 10 years later, I'm back in my home state and she's moved to my small town! Life seems almost perfect -- I love my work, I have a good group of close friends, and my Mama is less than 5 minutes away. Having support is so important, and I'm glad that you're able to rely on your own Mom while you figure out how to manage your anxiety.
I just love your content. You show the small beautiful moments and places every day. I hope you feel better soon and that you have a pleasant start in your new place, with your boys. I love the glimpses of the ordinary people on the streets; there are some really fashionable people in the city! I also love all the old Soviet and pre-Soviet things you show us. I used to collect stamps in South Africa in the 1980's :).
The red doll at 24:27 brought back such a lovely memory from my childhood in the 70s and 80s! We had the same dolls in three sizes - large, medium and small. These would swing from side to side as the base was a sphere and make a musical sound. Such enchantment for us kids!❤
Thank you for another very interesting video. That fruit is so fresh and inexpensive. In the US, it would cost 10x that amount. Tell your oldest son not to worry about school. He’ll be fine. And tell your mom thanks for sharing her stamp collection with us. Those stamps are priceless. 😊
NASTYA, MANY PRAYERS AND MUCH ❤ SENT YOUR WAY. HERE'S TO YOU HAVING A LOVELY HOME FOR YOU AND YOUR KIDS. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE MOVE IN VIDEO WHEN THE TIME COMES 👍. THE MEAL LOOKED YUMMY 😋 AND I ENJOYED THE 4 MIN STAMP PART. MY FATHER USED TO COLLECT THEM WHEN I WAS A CHILD. HE THEN BEGAN COLLECTING COINS, WHICH I NOW HAVE SINCE HIS PASSING IN 2020 😢. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS YOU 🙏.
I am amazed how clean the metros are in Russia. Nastya, I hope your mental health is getting better since you moved back. I have noticed since your very first video, you are starting to look more refreshed. Prayers for the upcoming apartment and your kids starting school soon. Thanks for another great video.

What a great video! Loved seeing everything as you travelled about. The transportation is efficient and it’s very clean everywhere. The old historic buildings are very beautiful. The lovely fruit you purchased was surprisingly cheap; we would pay a lot more for that in Canada. Your videos fill a badly needed void for people about life in Siberia, and it’s all very fascinating. Thank you! 💙
I am poisoned by all the Cold War propaganda I was fed in school and the media. My perception is that Russia is a dark place, with people afraid to talk or they would vanish, where you couldn't own or purchase anything..... Thank you for dispelling myths from my childhood.....I really would like to see Russia firsthand. I am also amazed at how well everything is maintained and how clean it is.
Golden words 👏! And even worse was the propaganda about Russian people, often portrayed as cold and feelingless automatons, nothing could be further from the truth! I know Russians well and they are a warm, sincere, frank people with extraordinary humanity
The country has changed a lot since the 90s, and as long as you stay away from politics (like any country) and you will be fine. People can talk and buy things, they just careful on what they talk about. I used to think Russia was like the Poles, a constant cold dark place, but with these videos, it is nice to see the beauty and uniquness in the country.
