This has been one of the earliest pain I felt for Kylar as a newborn who has undergone circumcision…
Sometimes it takes a full courage to take the decision giving what’s best for your baby.
His journey was not easy seeing those cut each day yet as soon as the healing ❤️🩹 goes fast everything felt just so right for him.

Regarding the care i think just lucky that our baby didn't experience any excessive bleeding, after 5 days he was completely healed as I took a lot of extra care almost not sleeping at all to check the progress of healing... he is actually nearly 3mos now & i have only late upload of this video. He is perfectly healthy right now, thank God!
In our country we are all encouraged to do it advised by many doctors for health issues.
I just found out that this video has become sensitive to many with a lot of opposition about circumcision, unfortunately that kind of awareness has not been highlighted in our native land. Instead we are educated to believe the research benefits of circumcision include:
Decreased risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs)Trusted Source, especially in the first year of a child’s life. Severe or recurrent UTIs can lead to kidney damage or even sepsis (a bloodstream infection).
Decreased risk of contracting HIVTrusted Source, as well as some other diseases that are shared via sexual contact. (But it’s important to remember that circumcision is not a preventative for sexually transmitted infections!)
Decreased risk of skin conditionsTrusted Source that can affect the penis, such as phimosis.
Lower risk of developing penile cancerTrusted Source (although this cancer is very rare to begin with).
Decreased risk of cervical cancerTrusted Source in the female partners of circumcised men.
Others are too quick to judge but no one should blame in a disgusting way specially when your side of world does not exist in ours...
Everyone deserves RESPECT.

Circumcision removes over 20,000 fine touch nerve endings (the clitoris only has 8,000 in comparison), 15 square inches of tissue and over 16 functions. He is now left with only 4,000 nerve endings. I prepared everything for my son on thursday and Friday with all the medical supplies as a nurse myself. He had his done today, Alhamdurillah went well. Now its a waiting game and 24/7 around the clock care for mothers, for 3 days InshAllah.

Hi Seefat to be honest I just did normal bathing for baby and the rest just putting on the prescribe cream by the doctor along with petroleum jelly as to not sticking the bandage to the skin. I was also amaze that healing went really fast as good as 5 days. That’s probably the advantage of newborn circumcision.

I hate when people try to make moms feel bad about something we already feel bad about but i would hate for my son to grow up and ask me why I didn’t do it when he was younger. His father even said he’s happy his mom did it when he was younger because as he got older he could imagine all the problem he would’ve had. We can have this same debate about piercings, about vaccines, but at the end of the day it’s not your baby. You’re doing great mommy
That’s right Camisha, who would wanted to become a bad mom after all of these debates we only wanted the best for our babies… Specially in our country it’s a common practice & even majority of our males have undergone this never we had a big issue on circumcision as we take it on the positive side & everybody else lived normal. U r become a bad mom/parent the moment u do something which is irreversible.... Circumcision is irreversible..... U take his right & choice away.... Hope ur son sues u & the doctors who did that... I kn many men who sued & won.. Coz their choice was taken away from them... & some of the men who sued even liked being CUT... I just circumcised my 8 day old son today.
I have 3 sons and they're all circumcised. Where i come from, every male child is circumcised on the 8th day of their life.

whatever the doc says to use. It’s super easy and there is nothing to worry about. If the procedure went well, as you now should know, the baby recovers next day, and fully heal in 2 weeks.
Idk why everyone is so negative in the comments. Circumcision is great. He will thank you later and be proud of his culture.

Is having a male body not what's best for males?
Here in the U.S., the so-called benefits (justifications) - are told here also, where advocates are trying to raise awareness to help end this practice which is commonly performed. The purpose of these justifications/myths are to cover their tracks, not wanting to admit a wrong. How much do they teach about intact anatomy and the role of foreskin; about the consequences of altering the genitals?
Please consider added onto your video: the role and function of the foreskin and whether or not advocates against circumcision can be found in the UAE.
Thanks for coming to my page and exposing the reality behind circumcision. Concern & awareness I really appreciate that even if this is too late now for our baby
I just pray that he will not face complications in the future… no parents would ever wish to put their child in danger this is just lack of awareness. In the 1st place hospitals here should stop this but instead they are encouraging parents with flyers around for such offers.

Sheryl, Thanks for your reply! I understand where you're coming from and that parents are kept in the dark about all of the aspects of the procedure. Many others share your experience, finding out too late. The good part is having developed more awareness and being able to work on making changes for others' benefit.

@@peacefullyintact3899 The state of South Carolina DID try to stop it. We stopped paying for it with medicare and required payment out of pocket if they wanted the procedure. These 9/10 of these LOW INCOME medicare patients PAID OUT OF POCKET for their babie's circumcision. Seriously don't blame the hospital, society keeps circumcision alive- the hospital wants to stop it too.

You have a lovely baby. Did you have him circumcised as a punishment? Why put him thru unnecessary pain? When he grows up he will never be able to experience normal feelings down there you lose more than just a bit of skin.
It's a common practice in our country and we never have issues about it, most of the men undergo circumcision as part of hygiene & it's even recognized here in UAE as part of religion in a muslim country

@@sherylsquad 🤥 Circumcision is NOT cleaner or healthier. Its actually the COMPLETE opposite. The foreskin does NOT cause infections. It protects against them. The foreskin produces antibodies that fight off infection and protects the urethra from germs and debris. Without the foreskin the urethra is WIDE open for debris germs and infections. Circumcised boys have a higher chance of infection than uncircumcised boys. Intact care is SUPER easy!! When intact, do NOT retract!!!! When wiping or during bath time just wipe like a finger to clean. Circumcision care is VERY hard. You must keep the circumcision site dry and clean as much as possible. The baby will be in extreme pain, worse with wet and dirty diapers. Vaseline must be applied after every diaper change until he is about 6 months old (longer if there are complications), CONSTANTLY watch for, excessive bleeding, infection, fever, oozing, swelling, lack of urination, bruising, urethra fistula, lethargy, blue/gray skin, dislodged plastibell.

You know what's the sad part for people who have not much of this awareness will definitely fail to realise about their babies' deprivation of many things, unfortunately I admit I'm one of them. Girls don’t need to be circumcised in our tradition but even here in UAE it’s widely encouraged the same in our Philippine country

The best care for circumcision is simple. Don't mutilate your baby. Then the foreskin does what it's meant for. Protect the glans. And if your gument is cleanliness then perhaps you should have a long, hard look at yourself. If you are unable or unwilling to teach your child how to keep himself clean the fault is yours & you mutilating your child is simple laziness. I was taught how to clean myself a long time ago and, surprise surprise, I have no problems. No smell or anything else. And no complaints of such from intimate partners.
The bottom line is that circumcision is child abuse. No ifs, buts or maybes. The child has no choice, cannot give consent or prevent it. And if your "god" demands it to prove your "faith" then you're even more of an abuser.

It's rather disturbing that there is light hearted music playing over this video. Regarding your line "Everyone deserves respect" in your description. NO, not everyone deserves respect. Respect is earned. Mutilating the genitals of children is something that would disqualify someone from having the respect of others.

The best way to respect someone’s beliefs is not to comment. It always baffles me when people leave comments about circumcision AFTER someone has already made their choice. You’re not altering the outcome, you’re simply shaming the parent.

You obviously think the world of, and love your baby boy with all your heart, so I don't understand why you would want to put him through an unessesary and painful medical procedure which is basically mutilation of a helpless innocent babies body and has no medical benefits now or when he is older. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just being honest. I have watched the procedure of circumcision of newborn babies on RUclips , and it's really gut wrenching to see. The pain the baby feels is horrific. 😢

@@sherylsquad NO, it's not okay that some people mutilate the genitalia of children. It doesn't matter how old the tradition, or what your family expects or what is common. Some practices are not okay. Trying to justify it only makes you a worse person. You should apologize to your son.
