Finally a different approach to front flips, so many people just reiterate the same technique throughout all the tutorials I've looked through, I've been struggling to control my fronts for a couple of months now, going to take this to the gym tonight and see if this approach helps. Also, can you please do another tutorial on gather/split step fronts?
I learned front flip with this tutorial 6 years ago😇. I found the video again just now and just wanted to say thank you again!✌️. I used to be the best
Excellent! This was very interesting to see. I'm curious, though -- how important is it to have a big vertical when doing a front flip? Also, how high is yours? It seems like you get some great height on those jumps.
Hey Flow I noticed in RUclips there are options on some videos to slow or speed them up and even though you do show it in slow motion being able to watch it slower or slow down other things like flow POV would be great!
Personally I do a medium to fast jogging speed to get started on it..stationary flips for me are a lot more difficult. Also a light drop never hurts, like a hill or something. :) Hope this helped
This was an excellent tutorial. Especially for those that wish to diagnose their own front flip. This is good...I hope this doesn't sound selfish but..is a Backfull in the pipes for a tutorial? Please? :)
okay so nice tutorial did the frontflip on the trampoline first then on the soft stuff (dont know its name English is not my first language) and i could do it on the grass but after 20 flips when you jump off your first leg from running to get both feet down to lift off for the flip i got my knee busted any advice?
I don't have a gym or something comparable in my city and I want to learn this! What is the best way? On sand or on grass or is there something better? :)
Hmm very good, but i got some questions. Does the red shirt help with your height and rotation? or is that the orange shirt? Do the shirt colors influence your landing at all?
When you frontflip, tuck your head in as well, it will help you get your full rotation. If you keep your head straight down u might land it but you will unlikely fall flat to the ground.
if u are a begginer, better start getting height,it's more comfortable.i think that the guy on the video gets nice and high, that's why he tells us to flip imediately.anywhay,i liked this video :)
u cant say that in generally u can have very less height but a quick thight tuck and the outcoming is a proper frontflip in my opinion the tucking is more important than the height cuz that brings u around
What is the best way to stretch your legs up into your chest without assistance? I feel my muscles lock at the hip at a particular height, preventing me getting all the way to the chest
it has become natural for me to shoot forward on takeoff....what drills can i do to correct it? another thing, when exactly should i tuck?during the set or after reaching full extension?(p.s.whenever i reach full extension and tuck,i land on my back or butt.)
If your young, your height is lower so I'd suggest half and a quarter into your jump, you'd better start tucking. If your 9 years old like me and go for a full set, I land on my back. If I go low, though, I can almost land on my feet. I still need tips, though! For teen's, Half a Quarter into the Quarter going into the Half. (Half&Quarter, Half a quarter +) For adult's, I suggest all of you people go and full set, go ahead! But if you want to develop a habit of jumping high, go and do it. If you go high on children selection, you must also consider you will get a addiction to going forward.

What is the best way to stretch your legs up into your chest without assistance? I feel my muscles lock at the hip at a particular height, preventing me getting all the way to the chest
best tips in this: chest up, hips thing and legs forward, gonna test it tommorow in gym, this is what might be keeping me from doing it clean.
it has become natural for me to shoot forward on takeoff....what drills can i do to correct it?
another thing, when exactly should i tuck?during the set or after reaching full extension?(p.s.whenever i reach full extension and tuck,i land on my back or butt.)

For teen's, Half a Quarter into the Quarter going into the Half.
(Half&Quarter, Half a quarter +)
For adult's, I suggest all of you people go and full set, go ahead!
But if you want to develop a habit of jumping high, go and do it.
If you go high on children selection, you must also consider you will get a addiction to going forward.
cleanest standing front flip
Thanks.
