these tutorials are great, love the progression deals..they really help out..getting into parkour and this is an inspiration...

+JOSEPH NUNEZ Great age to start! I wished I had started at your age. (I would have looked so cool in highschool :D) Just remember to be careful and to analize wether what you're about to do is within your skills, or if it's too much for you and you need more practice.

Ryan, thank you for making good tutorials. Every other tutorial just says "This is the move. You do this. Go do it." No one shows any kind of progression, and you just waste tons of time tossing yourself in the air trying to figure it out on your own. Thank you for being a good teacher.

these videos are great, you do a really good job of explaining yourself and the motions involved. The little drawings and angles that you add are very helpful as well. The only suggestion i can think of that would make this video 100% would be a few slow motion replays at different angles of yourself doing the move at full speed(not demonstration speed). I think that would help us be able to see the little things you do with your arms/head position/leg swings etc.... thanks for posting these

Thanks ryan I just gave it a try outside on a park bench and started from height so I could get the feeling of the rotation... now I can do it on flat ground... =)
