Ingredients:
Paneer - 400 Gm
For Gravy Tempering:
Oil - 2 spoons
Butter - 2-3spoons
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Cinnamon stick - ½ inch
Green cardamom - 2-3
Black Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 4-5
Dry red chili - 2-3
Bay leaf - 2
Onion - 2
Garlic clove - 3-4
Ginger - ½ inch
Green chili - 2-3
Coriander stem - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 15-18
Curd and masala's paste
Tomato - 4
Water - 1 cup
For curd & masala paste:
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
For Final Tempering :
Oil - 1 spoon
Butter - 2 spoons
Onion-1
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Red chili Powder - 1/2 spoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 spoon
