found this video yesterday and ive watched it like 5 times already. 😭😭 its beautiful
love loveeeee the newsreport framing device, it really pulls the focus back to the sprawling awful consequences of these characters' very personal tragedies! you're just so good at choosing the right shot to make those sequences a) look pretty (not entirely guaranteed with every brba shot, as we were saying), b) communicate so coherently & quickly what is going on, and c) ruthlessly HEARTBREAKING!!! also it reminded me of phoebe's christmas silent night thing
also really appreciate 1:56; you keep my sicko mode well fed :) AND like i said before, always appreciate a skyler break

but thank youuu yeah i realised i was emulating her silent night halfway through so i just leaned into it - gotta make it somewhat christmassy
i mean, like ive told you, it's a vibes-based edit, i wasn't so much trying to connect parallels so much as get some nice rhythmic/tonal montages sooo skyler sinking = downward movement and so does jesse sinking, but yeah... let's say i spotted the parallel and it was not a total accident 😬
still think the spit the blood back parts would have been funnier with jesse actually spitting on walt... but alack alas it was too fast a shot (WHY VINCE WHY)

omg thank you for the lovely comment! yes i find it's hard not to be sad when phoebe is playing but sometimes you need to be sad about jesse so it's all good.
