    Many years ago when I worked on motorway construction in uni summer holidays the experienced navvies showed me how to look busy when doing nothing. It is an art lost on these guys clearly!

      @@theurbanlegenduk1760 It's not too long Better to show the whole process and those who are not so interested can skip through. My PC also has a handy mute button it's only 4 years old though so maybe a feature old tech did not have or could find LOL As for me the music was pleasant to listen to so I did not need my mute button.

      @@theurbanlegenduk1760 Thank you for the link, I have just watched it. A very clear view of the work vacuuming out the stone. I was not expecting them to do it that way.

    it was more amazing to me how many orange minions they needed to hang about on the track. I presume they use the orange minions to break the fall of if the bogey if comes loose.

      Next video out I hope the music suits it better doing a full documentary on it with exclusive footage of the derailment itself that will be coming soon & sorry you didn't like the music on the last one💯💖👍

    • @keithmatthews1673
      @keithmatthews1673 Месяц назад +1

      The music was quite relaxing and appropriate given the amount of actual work being done. Serenade for strings by Dvorak? There is some train music by Honnegger called Pacific 231 but with so little activity that would not be appropriate!

      @@theurbanlegenduk1760 There is also 'Railroad (Travel Song)' by USA composer Meridith Monk - heard that at a piano recital a few months back but had forgotten until after I posted! Also, not specifically trains but 'A short Ride in a Fast Machine' by John Adams could be worth a try 🙂

    Apologies for sounding so stupid but….. Why are they doing such a long lift? Are the sleepers broken which would prevent them from running the wagons down the line?

    • @theurbanlegenduk1760

      Sorry about the music bad choice in the next couple of videos you will see the wagons getting unloaded and you can see the damage to the track and wagons💯👍🙂
