I show how to remove center armrest from 2005 Mercedes W203 C-230

Wondering how the heck to get that side-opening armrest off? I fiddled with one for an hour and discovered the secret formula (and no, it does not involve Brute Force)!!!

YOU sir, are a lifesaver... a hero amongst MERCEDES BENZ W203 owners. I purchased a mint condition 2005 C 240 and the console lid was loose, just sort of sitting there. I figured it was broken and looked into buying a pre-owned lid from eBay, due to the frustration of fiddling with this lid while I was detailing the car yesterday. Then I found your video! Cheers.

TY. The problem is we couldn't see what you were doing when the lid was up blocking the most important part. Wish you'd have had a camera near your hips, but I'll try what I got from you. TY again!

I just bought it for someone on eBay. They seem to be available there pretty much all the time. If you watch my other video where I fix my old cover by plastic welding, you might be able to save the one you have. Good luck!
