    Can you tell me the oxalate content of radicchio?

      A 2-cup (80-gram) serving of raw radicchio has the following nutritional composition :
      Calories: 20
      Protein: 1.2 grams
      Fat: 0 grams
      Carbs: 4 grams
      Fiber: 1 gram
      Iron: 3% of the Daily Value (DV)
      Zinc: 5% of the DV
      Copper: 30% of the DV
      Phosphorus: 3% of the DV
      Potassium: 5% of the DV
      Vitamin K: 170% of the DV
      Vitamin C: 7% of the DV
      Vitamin B6: 3% of the DV

      @@shealth5101 Thanks for that info. However I was really primarily interested in whether radicchio is high in oxalates, as I have oxalate induced kidney disease and must severely restrict and count my oxalate intake. Do you know where I could find this information?

    Can you possibly tell me the oxalate content of radicchio? I love all the health benefits, but require a very low oxalate diet because of my kidneys, and cannot find radicchio on any of the oxalate food lists. Thanks
