This is GORGEOUS!! I just got some of the Vellum yarn and Oasis!! Oh my!! I have NEVER felt such luxury yarn!! I don't think I will ever buy yarn from anyone except Expression fiber Arts ever again. I'm thrilled!! The yarn is even better than described!!

Another stunning shawl! I'm thinking of taking inspiration from the Alhambra in Spain! Alas, my shoulder is still inflamed and I can't do anything for another 4 to 8 weeks. The shawl looks like there are 5 different colors, but the kit has 3 colors. Silly question, how do you get them to show 5? Are there extra colors to get as add-ons? Beautiful shawl!!
Hi there, glad you like the pattern. The shawl is made with only 3 colors but since there 2 sections that alternate two colors, respectively it looks like there are 5. Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have any additional questions and have a wonderful day! 💜
With the changing of color yarns, how do you treat the initial added color? Do you weave them end once finished or double strand them into the row you are working on so you don’t have to weave them in when you finish the project?

Connie, you can put a stitch marker or safety pin on the front of the shawl so you always know when you're on the right side. :)
