Thanks for making this video. After watching, I had no problems replacing a headlight assemble on my 2011 GC. Without your video I would have been clueless on what to do. Again, thanks

Great video. What was the reason for the removal on this thing? I’m having a small leak behind the bumper cover/grille that seems to be common with these year model Jeep GC hemi’s.
It was just a step in the removal to get to something else....thought a video on just the grill might help someone if they were wanting to replace just the grill. Otherwise the typical leak on that vehicle is the a/c condenser leaking trans fluid....its an a/c and trans cooler combo. Thanks for watching and for the question. Make sure to subscribe.
hey man. Thanks. I think im going to give this a shot to replace my horn. my only concern is the tabs for the the bumper that you stated "arent reusable". How can a novice like myself find those tabs so i can put my bumper back on?
Just an FYI , i have a 2011 JGC Laredo , low tone horn (drivers side) stopped working . I bought a 2 pack of horns from Amazon for under 30 bucks . I did not have to remove the grill or fascia or anything like that . I was able to pull back the top of the grill several inches then my wife held it in place so i was able to get a 1/4" drive 10 mm socket to remove the mounting bolt . I had my wife put a screwdriver through the grill to support the horn so it didn't fall once the bolt was out . i was then able to reach in and pull of the 2 wires , once again my wife supported the wires so they didn't drop down . Switched out the bracket onto the new horn , slipper it back in , attached my wires and then bolted back on . Probably took me 20 minutes .
Thanks! In my case the drivers side horn quit working. I have to find a way to get at it. Looks like a Saturday job just to find out if the horn is blown (so-to-speak) or someone who previously worked on my Jeep just didn't hook it up right.
Taking that bumper cover off will take about 15 minutes at most, seems worse then it is but its really not. Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe.

Great Video! Question: I have 2011 jeep grand cherokee with the 5.7L, so I can't access the HID headlights from the wheel well. Will I have to take off the front bumper/grill and pull out the headlights to replace that bulb?
I have gotten to the bulbs from the engine compartment....one side is easier then the other. The drivers side requires removing the air box. The service info also states this....nothing more then removing the rubber cover from the back side of the headlight to get to the element. Sorry about the delay.....Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe

I need to replace the HID ballast that I am told is attached to the bottom of the headlight assembly. Do I just need to remove the bumper cover, or the grill as well? Anything else I should know? Thanks! Your video is awesome!!
