Some of those bolts are much easier to access from the top. Just remove the air box. The air box comes out very easily.

Or you can just remove the upper intake manifold, jack up the engine, change both mounts. You don't have to remove the bracket. I found that way much easier.

I used 2 pole jacks and lifted the engine and lowered the subframe. R&R is fairly simple that way. Didn’t even remove the heat shields.

Part of Jeeps 100,000 mile service is changing spark plugs. Dealerships will do engine mounts at that time since the intake manifold has been removed and engine can be jacked up and has access to mounts.
