    जोश के साथ वीडियो तो सभी देखते है लेकिन जोश के साथ भागता कोई नहीं जोश के साथ भागते तो है मगर जोश के साथ तेयारी कोई नहीं करता इसीलिए जोश के साथ हार जाते है

    Sir.
    I'm 44years old in government job. During Lock down I start running and rope skipping.
    Nowadays i run 10 km in 1:00hr and now running is become my passion with heart.

    दो बार फुल मुंबई मेराथन पहली बार में 4.43 घंटे में दूसरी 4.22घंटे में और सात आठ बार हाफमेराथन ये सभी आफीशियल हैं हाफमेराथन का बेस्ट समय 1.45घंटा रहा है जबकि अनआफीशियल हाफमेराथन का बेस्ट टाईम 1.40 घंटे में कर चुका हूँ 2018में लेकिन उस समय वजन 65था उसके बाद चोट ने काफी परेशान किया। इसलिये आपका मार्ग दर्शन चाहते है।
