MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE, The

People perish because they don't believe God will deliver them from dire circumstances. The Psalmist King David knew that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob could save a person, or a people, regardless of the circumstances, and situations that they find themselves going through.
King David believed in praising God for His mighty works, past, present, and future. And with Joy, Music, songs, hymns, and musical instruments, and yes even the dance, King David worshiped the LORD. King David also believed that if you listen to the Holy Spirit "VOICE" of God... and summited yourself to do God's will... that the very God who created everything, and sustains and administers the resources for everything... will also take great care of the people made in His image... that keep their faith and trust in Him... regardless of the circumstances.
God is like a shepherd, and His people are like sheep following Him wherever he leads them. On the mountain top, or deep in the valley, across the seas, or in the land, God leads His dear sheep along, safely.
People without a watchful Shepherd just mumble, grumble, and complain that life is not fair, yet they refuse to reach out and take the hand of everlasting life, in obedience.
People perish because they are foolish, and full of doubt that God will bring them out of their dire situations.
The more the sanctified saints of God gather together and sing in the sanctuary choir... praises of adoration and thanksgiving to their God, the more their God is present to deliver them quickly, and more abundantly!
When we lift our hearts to God in praise, the all powerful awesome God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is walking among us in Spirit, touching and healing, and anointing, and saving our sin cursed sick souls.
