So, next week I plan to make this in the oven. I have to experiment with it because I love the way the almond flour and egg white came together with that flavor. But, for that longer cook I think I'll need to add at least 1 egg for moisture to support the bread in that long cook in order to prevent it being too dry.
I am still here and I am working in the background. Hopefully I will be back full time by the end of the year. I am testing these style videos out so more to come before the holiday season. Hope all is well with you!
I haven't tried it with egg whites only. I am thinking it may not turn out as fluffy and could end up a bit flatter because the egg white powder brings a bulking aspect to it as well. That thought ran through my mind though!

Yes had me going until you said microwave. Is there any other way to cook it instead of that contraption?
