I just made this tonight, and quick note-don’t add boiling water right on top of your egg whites 😂😂😂 So I made a second batch, and added hot water first then egg whites. I also added a little ACV and a pinch of salt. Had to cook it a tad longer but it was noticeably less eggy, although that could have just been due to my cooked egg-water in the first batch 😂. If you use a round glass dish it makes a little donut divet in the bottom, but still cooks fine it just won’t be completely flat. Has to do with microwaves and where they cross to heat, not from the recipe.

I have made the almond one and almond and psyllium before. And I have found at least for me anyway is that I only like the almond one toasted. Personally I find the texture of the one with the psyllium when toast is oddly dry. Love it if not toasted though. P.s I also like to put a table spoon of nutritional yest as will, give it a nice flavour. And it good for you.
