Welcome to this second trimester meditation. In this 2nd trimester meditation I share a series of positive second trimester affirmations. The second trimester of pregnancy is usually the best trimester ;) Morning sickness may subside, you should have more energy and you will start to feel your baby move. The pregnancy affirmations in this audio have been specially chosen to support you in feeing calm, relaxed and confident as you journey through 13-27 weeks of pregnancy.
