Great video! With DK on Pikachu's stage you didn't use a second jump and then up-b to try and get the last target. Walked off platform (used first jump), two aerial attacks (neither use a jump), then you up-b'd. Might be able to get all the way over there with a second jump?!?
I feel like a lot of the stages were made with every character in mind, but after a bit they realized how different they were and made new stages for everyone else. So I think DK's stage may have been one of the early ones made completable by every character that was then made to be DK's after they changed their minds. Really cool video! Definitely the most interesting challenge I've seen in awhile. I was curious if more could be beaten and I was able to make a TAS of Yoshi completing Mario's Break The Targets. If you jump off the moving platform, do a Nair, and then jump back up, you can just barely make it. The Nair is a 2-frame window, and the jump is at most a 4-frame window. It's tight, but definitely humanly possible!
Tier List: S Tier - Mario Link Kirby Fox Ness Luigi A Tier - Pikachu B Tier - Samus C Tier - Yoshi D Tier - Jigglypuff E Tier - Donkey Kong Captain Falcon F Tier - (Well, at least there's no one *TRULY* terrible)
i wasnt surprised at Mario's capabilities as he is somewhat the Ryu of Smash, his mobility is quite excellent. except that one part where you used the down-b to up-b to bridge a gap, that was unexpected.
Loved it, I wish I could test this myself, but for Samus on Jigglypuff's stage, a fully charged blaster shot as you walked off the top platform backwards for the momentum into mid-air jump into up+B seemed like enough to me. Would love to see if this worked. Here's hoping for Board the Platforms!

3rd: Samus
4th: Yoshi
5th: Jigglypuff
6th: DK & Captain Falcon (Tie)
You had a second jump you didn't use, you could've beaten it 16:48
I feel like he could've beaten the Ness level with DK too.
Oh nice that is awsome did you get that on video?
Actually I just saw your video I will update my description with your video
I also was able to TAS Ness's Break The Targets with Jigglypuff. I think this is the last one that can be completed.
@@IcySpeedruns Thanks I updated my description with that video too!
20:50 No, he can obviously do MORE than half.
1:29:47 You made an editing mistake here.
Lol I could only watch Mario and then had to skip through, but great vid dude, cool idea !! The graph was an awesome addition.

Is it just me or does link sound like he says "CHAD" when he does his up-B XD
i wasnt surprised at Mario's capabilities as he is somewhat the Ryu of Smash, his mobility is quite excellent. except that one part where you used the down-b to up-b to bridge a gap, that was unexpected.
winners:
Mario
Link
Kirby
Fox
Ness
and......
Luigi
with board the platforms only Kirby 🙁🙁
Loved it, I wish I could test this myself, but for Samus on Jigglypuff's stage, a fully charged blaster shot as you walked off the top platform backwards for the momentum into mid-air jump into up+B seemed like enough to me. Would love to see if this worked. Here's hoping for Board the Platforms!
You sound like connerthewaffle
