1. Make wudu (Hadith mentions doing wudu well) 2.pray 2 rakas (nothing specified for recitation - sura Fatiha followed by any sura) 3. No specific Time prescribed for salat ut Tawba - anytime possible 4, ideal to follow-up the salat with other righteous deed like charity/sadaqa
