i love minkeeblue as well! have had mine for years now and the only downfall is the bags last, so i can't justify buying a new one yet, lol. though the new designs are so tempting.

I was wondering your thoughts on soft- vs hard-side carry-ons, as well as 2 vs. 4 wheels. While it seems like the 4-spinner hard-sides have taken over among travellers, from what I can tell flight crew remain faithful to two-wheel soft-sided. I'm curious what's behind that, and what consumers might be missing with this switch over to 4-wheeled spinners (or if there is no firm right or wrong but a matter of different needs)? Sorry if off topic, I searched your channel for 'carry on' and only saw the playlist with the 'personal item' style of bags.

No. You don’t have to be in uniform
No, but you should still have all required items with you including your uniform handy. You are still on company time while on a deadhead
My company actually requires us to be in uniform not only because of we are on company time ,also because if in case of an emergency they can pull us from the deadhead to work a flight on reserve
