I was on a long haul flight a few years ago when of course - I had to go. The lav in the back of the plane had a bag of coffee sitting on a little shelf behind the toilet and it totally kept all smells to a minimum! I commented on the coffee to one of the FA and she said it was a must when working the back of the plane. 🙂
😹 OMG she said “That bathroom is BUSTED UP!” Hahaha! I literally laughed out loud by myself bc it’s TRUE!!! 😹😹 Absolutely necessary for those AM flights. LOL! ✈️❤️ No one talks about this. Thank you for talking about it! 😽😹😹😹

Kat, if you’re having trouble with your hands being dry, try the cotton gloves people w eczema use. You load your hands up with an ointment or lotion (the Cerave Healing Ointment is amazing for this) and cover w the gloves when you go to sleep. It helps so much! And you can moisturize less throughout the day, I find. For just a hand cream on its own, the Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream fragrance free is the best one you’ll ever use. Small container, $3, and so repairing. Absorbs so quickly as well.
I love your videos Kat. You are so inspiring and positive. I am totally inspired by this video to create an organized tote bag for work and even for road trips to see family between LA and OC. I would add my period supplies (pads, tampons, baby wipes) and other first aid items like Advil, tums, vitamins, sunscreen powder, eye drops and listerine strips to clean mouth while traveling and disinfecting wipes and disposable gloves. I also like to travel with a hoodie, tissue cashmere scarf and a sleep eye mask and ear plugs. 😃
During my post surgery insomnia I have been binge watching your vlogs from when you were still in Charlotte and talking about the application process to your trips to London and losing your phone in Niagara Falls (I would have had a heart attack). Congrats on your first layover.

They have the “around the ear " so they don’t fall out of the ears. I was skeptical of the AirPods too, so I tried these and now it’s so easy going back and fourth between laptop, phone and iPad. I just have to look at the device.

One way to help you not lose your AirPods, attach the case to the little thing you use for you keys. As long as you always put the actual headphones back in the case you won’t lose them.

Yes! We are about to be on a long international flight for our whole family and we typically only do shorts flights and well be living with only what is brought on the plane with us for months so I need all the tips

Hi Kat, I just wanted to let you know that the deodorant that you are promoting does not work for everyone. It turned my armpits black, after a couple of months of use and I was very sore. I have contacted the company and all they could say was oh well! I have been using Lume for the past year and I love it! The upside is that you can use it all over your body where we as women develop odor. Just FYI in case you didn’t read all of the Native comments. Happy for you that you are back at work. I will be purchasing that bag in the next couple of months.

RE- Airpods --- you can get a tether / string that attaches to them to keep them around your neck ; or ear hook thingys that keep them on your ears.

People seem to lose them mostly from falling out of their ears in my experience 😩

No, I believe China is the only one we need if you are in a base that flies there.
