As a competitor, no matter how much you train, it isn't enough. Even when you're training too much, it's still not enough.

You should have your own academy to train at least twice a day. Jiu jitsu is a beautiful sport and martial art, but it s very hard to earn enough money to afford all the expenses in some country, as in Italy for example. And if you work or study is very stressful have a good train. I hope one day Jiu jitsu will be more sponsored in all countries, to permit the people that love Jiu jitsu to live only teaching and fighting

When they say 2 times a day do they think 2h a day? Since i am fucking daying nd barely recovering naturally while train once a day but then i try to chain few classes/live/drill in row like 2-3h at once about 4 times a week..
