  • This beginner-friendly tutorial will show you exactly how to deal with the triangle shapes on our mesh. Specially this tutorial focuses on building and managing the topology. There is no complex method anymore and everyone can understand.
We took 24 edges at the beginning and gradually reduced them to the 12. As a teaching tutorial, it doesn't show everything, you have to comprehend and try to continue to increase your practice skills.
    🟢 When are Triangles Okay?
While generally quads are preferred, triangles aren't always the enemy. Here are some situations where they can be acceptable:
1️⃣ Highly Subdivided Areas: If an area is going to be heavily subdivided (adding more polygons), a few triangles might be okay as they become less noticeable with increased detail.
2️⃣ Flat Surfaces: On flat surfaces where smoothness isn't critical, triangles can work without causing major issues.
3️⃣ Hidden Areas: For areas that won't be visible in the final render, using triangles can help reduce file size.
