We have been together for seven years, but unfortunately, even although I am British, we were not able to get a visa for him to visit the UK (even for 28 days). Luckily from October 1st, Thailand will be embracing same-sex marriages, and thus hopefully we can tie the knot later this year.
We are so sorry to hear about the visa troubles in the UK, and yeah we can agree that the system is quite complicated. We are happy to hear though that there will be a chance for you to marry your boyfriend in Thailand, and we are truly excited that they will have marriage equality soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love the story of your journey to marriage, and living together. And even though you had to be LDR for a time it's good that you realize the up-side of that situation. You're about 2 years ahead of my partner and I. We met in 2017, and aside from my 5 trips to Philippines (from Canada) amounting to 14 weeks in total time together, we have been long distance, which has made our relationship stronger. We hope to be married some day so I can bring him to Canada. I know it's about 2.5 years late, but wishing you both a lifetime of blessings together.

두 분의 만남부터 연애, 결혼, 그리고 현재의 생활까지 영화 혹은 소설의 소재로 만들어도 너무 재미있을 것 같아요. 결혼식을 두 달 안에 준비하시다니 정말 대단하시네요. 한국인 동성 결혼은 아직도 흔히 보지 못하다보니 영상 올려주실 수 있으시면 많은 사람들에게 힘이 되어줄 수 있을 것 같아요. 그때 가족분들이 함께 하지 못하셔서 션님 만감이 교차하셨을 것 같은데 그 이후에 가족들의 응원을 받으셔서 뭉클해요. 어렴풋한 기억으로 전에 틱톡 영상 중에 사람들 앞에서 션님 얼님이 어떻게 행동하시는지 비교하는 영상이 있었던 것 같은데 어머니셨나 부모님이셨나 앞에서는 편하게 관계를 보여주시는 모습을 보며 따뜻하다고 느꼈었거든요. 대만, 네팔, 태국에 이어서 일본이 동성혼 합법화할 다음 후보로 많이 거론되는 와중 한국은 언제될지 모르겠지만 피로연이라도 가족분들 및 친한 지인들과 함께 하실 수 있으면 좋겠네요. 그런데 션님 성격이 제 친구랑 너무 비슷하시다고 느껴왔었는데 결혼기념일 살짝 헷갈리셨으나 쿨하게 넘어가실 때 딱 그 친구였어요 ㅋㅋ

두 분의 만남부터 연애, 결혼, 그리고 현재의 생활까지 영화 혹은 소설의 소재로 만들어도 너무 재미있을 것 같아요. 결혼식을 두 달 안에 준비하시다니 정말 대단하시네요. 한국인 동성 결혼은 아직도 흔히 보지 못하다보니 영상 올려주실 수 있으시면 많은 사람들에게 힘이 되어줄 수 있을 것 같아요. 그때 가족분들이 함께 하지 못하셔서 션님 만감이 교차하셨을 것 같은데 그 이후에 가족들의 응원을 받으셔서 뭉클해요. 어렴풋한 기억으로 전에 틱톡 영상 중에 사람들 앞에서 션님 얼님이 어떻게 행동하시는지 비교하는 영상이 있었던 것 같은데 어머니셨나 부모님이셨나 앞에서는 편하게 관계를 보여주시는 모습을 보며 따뜻하다고 느꼈었거든요. 대만, 네팔, 태국에 이어서 일본이 동성혼 합법화할 다음 후보로 많이 거론되는 와중 한국은 언제될지 모르겠지만 피로연이라도 가족분들 및 친한 지인들과 함께 하실 수 있으면 좋겠네요. 그런데 션님 성격이 제 친구랑 너무 비슷하시다고 느껴왔었는데 결혼기념일 살짝 헷갈리셨으나 쿨하게 넘어가실 때 딱 그 친구였어요 ㅋㅋ
ㅎㅎ누군가가 소설로 써준다면 너무 흥미롭게 읽을 수 있을것 같아요. 저희 결혼식 이번주에 올려보려고 편집중인데 영상 화질이 너무 낮아서 보시는분들이 불편하실까 좀 걱정이네요 😅 코로나때라 많이 간단하기도 하고 짧게 진행한 식 자체였지만 최대한 잘 보실 수 있게끔 해볼게요 😊

What good timing to get married just before Earl gets his job in England. Otherwise everything would have been so much harder, I imagine. It was fate. Does Sean get a lot of interpretation/translation opportunities in London, or through online services? Sean manages most of your social media content? What made you decide to share your stories with people online? How do you draw the line between what is private for your relationship and lives and what you decide to share?
