Spot Idli with Batter Recipe Ingredients:
Idli Rava - 1 ½ cup
Urad Dal - ½ cup
Methi - 1 tsp
Poha - 3 tbsp
pani - to make a paste
namak - as per taste
Karam Podi :
Chana Dal - 2 tbsp
Dhaniya ke beej -1½ tbsp
Methi - ½ tsp
Urad Dal - 1 ½ tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Jeera - ½ tbsp
Ghee - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 4 kaliya
Curry patta - 4-5
Imli - 3-4 pieces
Kashmiri lal mirch - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
For Spot Idli - Onion - 2 tbsp
Coriander fresh - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 2 tbsp
Green Chili - ½ tsp
Podi - 1 tbsp
Butter - 3-4 tbsp
