For Batter / Dosa Pindi - 2 cups rice
½ cup urad Dal
⅓ cup Chana Dal
1 tsp Methi Seeds / Fenugreek
For aloo masala
Oil - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Adrak - ½ inch
Hari Mirchi - 2-3
Onion - sliced
Haldi - ½ tsp
Boiled Aloo - 5
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Dhaniya Fresh - 1 tbsp
Namak- as per taste
Oil - to roast dosas

Wow, it's amazing and the thing you shared, same happens with me.. For me first dosa comes out thin and crispy but after that they becomes disasters...like how you said that dosa chipakta nahi hai pan ko and even doesn't get swirls too...I will wash it properly and try again
Aap tawa pe paani dalne k bajai chhilke sahit half onion lijiye aur batter dalne se pahle tawa par onion rakh kar pure me jaldi jaldi ghuma lijiye.
for second dosa, sprinkle some salt water, dosa will come out in good shape
