    When you're doing your unilateral movements, always start with your weaker side. For one, it helps with choosing your weight and rep range. secondly, you will be able to push through with the stronger side when getting tired. Lastly, it gives the weaker side a better chance to catch up. I noticed you changed your tempo when doing your left leg attempting to just get it over with lol...stay in control (time under tension). It should be noted that you always have great technique/form! Loving the content...keep going 💪🏾🖤 (sorry for the long book 😬)
