I'm not sure I understand. I know a lot of media will blur out brand names/logos if they don't pay to have them featured, but I doubt all the ones he didn't blur out paid to appear in the video. Perhaps he was for some reason asked to remove those specific ones?

Just a tip on the eggs! If you use smoked paprika, rather than normal paprika, it adds a really nice flavour as well as garnish.
