....The Song hit #10 Pop, #4 R&B, & #3 Dance, and was my intro to "NYC Nightlife" in 1982, because I was Old enough to enter the CLUBS, Babe... So, this tune means a WHOLE lot to this (young) 61 Year Old! ...this is a looser, groovier, remix, & I love the new 'cold' ending! ... *THANK YOU* G-Funk, for taking "..Control"....😇 🙏

Love the remix as always. My only wish is to have those ending vocals at the end of the track. They just make this song and it’s rare to hear Donna in full R&B mode.

Can’t think of anyone more qualified than The Groovefunkel to reanimate this Woman’s music and incredible voice. Another perfect track to showcase Lord G Funk’s talent and skills. Amazing as always! I was in high school when this song was released. Fortunately, I was an exchange student living abroad at the time. After returning home to Lubbock, Texas, I played a cassette with this song on it and all my friends said they've never heard it! That was because this #10 Billboard song didn't get airtime on the two "Top 40" stations in Lubbock. They didn't play everything on the Top 40 for reasons I never understood but could easily guess.

This is one of my all time favorite Donna Summer songs. Amazing work. You've "really understood the assignment". This AWESOME song is very difficult to remix because the music and vocals are very specific. The Chromeo and Oliver remix is okay and far better than the few fanmixes I've heard in the past, but you have blown everyone out of the water by "working your magic" and equally important keeping the essence of the original version, including the original groove and soundscape and destroying the beat like everyone else winded up doing. Kudos to you. Is there a Soundcloud (or any other site) link to download this?

Hey everything okay Groove? I saw your latest mix get copyright struck. Thats the first time I've seen that happen to you and I wanted to make sure everything is okay. I know company's sometimes attack creators randomly and target them even for fair use.
I was basically uploading a test mix to see if it got blocked, and, as expected, it did. What I am curious about though is how you received a notification for a blocked video. Crazy YT.
