Suggestions to my other baking student mates, for the filling, I suggest also trying the custard from the ALMOND CAKE video our teacher made about 1 year ago. I was happily surprised at how many the recipe makes 👍 Filling them with a fruit jam, a vanilla or chocolate pastry cream or just straight Biscoff spread would all be yummy... 😋 Thanks for the recipe.
