Ok i really need to clear somehing out. You have two different veriants of malasadas. In video you have shown malasadas with filling as such those are not potruguese those are hawaian variant perfected from original recipe brought by potuguese to hawai. Portuguese or original is made in same way but portugese malasadas do not have filling and that's the only difference. Also do not mix filhos and portuguese malasadas because they're not the same.
