Kaspa (KAS) was fair launched in november of 2021, however, despite the fact that it's been around for almost three years, it is yet to be listed on a bigger tier 1 exchange, like binance or coinbase. This has led to many people starting to believe that it will never attain such a listing. What will happen if Kaspa gets a tier 1 listing, and what will happen if it does not? Binance and kraken already listed it as futures. That’s usually a sign they are interested and the crypto has met their security checks.

On a note from someone who holds and keeps buying if you look at the crashes in the last 2 days the KAS price did not go below the previous daily low where nearly everything else did drastically, to me it shows that people are selling less and accumulating more KAS even in crashes.
The problem is not security, because all small exchanges have listed kaspa , the problem is liquidity and greed , binance listed tao which is also a fair launched coin , soon they will list kaspa as well , they are waiting for kaspa upgrade to 10bps , so that it pumps their bags , than they listed and pump their bags even more

The only real argument against why kaspa wouldn’t get listed would be because it will be hard/ take a long time to aquire the amounts of kaspa needed. However, as discussed, Kaspa is far too revolutionary in terms of technology for bigger exchanges to forsee it.

Exchanges are very wise, they just want to have the bigger part of the pie for this bullrun. They will list it as soon btc will reach its peak since money flows smooth from btc to kaspa. Imagine if they will list now, then they cannot fully blow the price since no new money is there yet to come into Kaspa. New money from btc ETF they just wanna grab that new money.
Nobody pays to list Kaspa. The currency is now of the people like Bitcoin! If they want Kaspa the big exchange centers have to get out the money sooner or later as they did to list Bitcoin!
The dev rep spoke about listings.
Its just a matter of tech & auditing - it will come. But as u can see, listings don’t matter as much as timing in the market.
Tao just got listed on binance-> pumped 25% then dumped 35%.

The exchanges don't own the coins the market makers do. Market makers already own big bags of it for MEXC and kucoin. Coinbase owns a small piece of the book, not the entire thing, they deal the action
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't many of the bigger exchanges have a market maker inside the main corporation? Like the relation FTX had with Alameda research.
