An Odyssey of Slow Horses

Tonight, James and Eric end up talking all things Super Mario Odyssey and a little bit of Slow Horses at the end. James has finally gotten to New Donk City, and Eric relishes in his reaction to how weird that place is. They also spend some time talking about the mechanics of the game and how it differs from more traditional 2D style Mario games. Before getting to Slow Horses, the guys take a brief detour into the Yakuza series. The remake of the first game is out now on the Switch, and Eric is discovering the franchise for the first time. The night ends talking about Slow Horse and what an excellent show that is, despite some missteps in the third and fourth seasons. While they geek out, James works on a very complicated shot of Kalamity dealing with the Warhog in the Prickly Pear.
